I know you ain't growing up from a very happy family.
No matter how you're been brought up, you are now a 20 years old girl.
It's time to change and hold your own life.

And I start to understand why you acted in that way.
You said you have low self-esteem. I have too.
But in front of your besties, you don't need to hide up yourself. Because they'll accept whoever you are and even help you to improve yourself.
Next time, when you're sad or down, try to let it out.
